Claire

The meeting becomes information you can retrieve — not a file you never open

Transcription is the start, not the product. Claire keeps the words on your iPhone so you can search what was said and, when you want, ask a secretary-style question: next steps, who owned what, what was decided. Capture is yours. AI is optional.

You choose when the meeting is kept

Start listening when the room is yours to document. Stop when it is not. Private mode turns recording off. Claire is not a conference bot that joins every calendar event by default.

The microphone hears the room. Claire does not import video and does not tap another app’s audio internally. If someone is presenting on a laptop, the phone transcribes what the mic can hear.

After: find it, then optionally ask

Search the transcript by keyword or date without replaying the hour. Ask later: “What were the next steps?” “What did we decide about the budget?” The AI helper uses excerpts, not a dump of your whole history. Nothing was sent during the meeting itself.

Delete the session the same afternoon if it should not live on the phone. Star the rare meeting you must keep through a panic cleanup.
