School pickup, a pharmacist’s instruction, a friend naming a restaurant, a reminder you spoke in the kitchen: ordinary days generate fragments. Claire keeps the ones you choose to capture on your iPhone so you can search them or ask a secretary-style question later. Not a family social network. Not an always-on home speaker.

Speak it when your hands are full. Find it when you are at the store or packing the bag. Optional calendar and reminder access answers “what do I have today?” if you allow it. The notes still work if you never connect a calendar.
Nothing is sent while transcribing. Delete a note about someone else’s health, a password you should never have spoken, or a fight you do not want stored. Masking can hide supported names before any AI question. Private mode stops the mic when the conversation is not yours to keep.
